Welcome to bitpkr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bitpkr website, mobile platform and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager on bitpkr, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.
bitpkr operates as an online sports betting and casino platform serving users in Pakistan. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms should be read alongside the bitpkr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bitpkr.
To register and use a bitpkr account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Each person is permitted to hold one bitpkr account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different mobile numbers or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses within them forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering on bitpkr and to update your information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bitpkr login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. bitpkr will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact bitpkr support immediately.
bitpkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until verification is complete.
bitpkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are in PKR. bitpkr does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency or payments from third-party accounts.
All balances, stakes, winnings and bonus amounts on bitpkr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR, symbol Rs). No currency conversion is applied. What you see in your wallet is what you receive.
A bet is confirmed only when bitpkr displays an explicit on-screen confirmation. Bets are not valid until confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or altered by the player, except where bitpkr offers a specific cash-out facility on that market.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market and event. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. bitpkr reserves the right to set individual stake limits on a per-player basis without prior notice.
Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed in your confirmed bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager, regardless of any subsequent changes to the market.
If an event or market is cancelled, postponed or declared void by bitpkr, stakes on affected selections will be returned to the player's wallet. In accumulator bets, void selections are treated as non-runners and the accumulator recalculated based on the remaining legs.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds movement and brief suspension periods during key moments in an event. bitpkr reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed during a market suspension may be void.
bitpkr reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from human error, technical malfunction or data feed failures. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors will have their accounts reviewed and may be subject to winnings adjustment or account closure.
Casino games available on bitpkr — including live dealer games, slots, table games and fishing games — are supplied by licensed third-party providers. The rules for each individual game are governed by the game provider's own rules, which are available within the game interface. bitpkr does not modify the mathematical return or outcome of any casino game.
All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games on bitpkr are supplied by providers whose engines have been certified by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers and broadcast in real time. The game outcomes are not influenced by bitpkr's systems.
If you are disconnected from a casino game during a round, the round will continue to completion on the server. Upon reconnection, the outcome of the round will be visible in your game history. bitpkr is not responsible for any losses or disruptions caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.
Individual casino games may carry maximum single-round win caps as defined by the game provider. These limits are stated within the game's information panel. bitpkr reserves the right to impose additional maximum win limits across its casino products.
bitpkr offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus terms set out here.
bitpkr monitors bonus activity to detect abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to exploit bonus terms, or using automated tools to clear wagering requirements. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bitpkr and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:
bitpkr collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the bitpkr website. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bitpkr will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party processors only where necessary to operate the Platform — for example, payment processors and game providers — and only subject to confidentiality obligations.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by bitpkr, subject to any legal obligations requiring bitpkr to retain certain records.
bitpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within the player account settings.
Players who wish to self-exclude permanently from bitpkr may contact customer support to initiate this process. Once a permanent self-exclusion is active, bitpkr will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.

All content on the bitpkr Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game content, odds data and promotional material — is the intellectual property of bitpkr or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express written permission of bitpkr.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bitpkr and its officers, directors, employees and service providers are not liable for:
bitpkr's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your bitpkr account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits bitpkr's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your bitpkr account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any available real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, bitpkr may withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach. bitpkr will provide reasons for any such decision if legally permitted to do so.
bitpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bitpkr will provide reasonable notice — typically by displaying a notification on the Platform or sending a message to the email address registered on your account. If you continue to use the Platform after the effective date of any changes, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Previous versions of these Terms are not archived publicly but may be obtained by contacting bitpkr support.

Every bitpkr player is allowed one account. If you try to register a second account — under any name or number — both accounts will be closed and all balances will be voided. If you've lost access to an old account, contact support to recover it rather than registering new.
bitpkr is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification may be requested at any point, particularly before your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to under-18s are closed immediately and any winnings are forfeited, regardless of when the account was registered.
Bonus funds on bitpkr carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you need to bet before the bonus converts to real cash. A 10x requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets. Winnings accumulate throughout and are released when the requirement is met.
If you decide to withdraw before completing a bonus wagering requirement, your original deposit is returned in full. Only the bonus funds and any winnings generated purely from bonus funds are forfeited. bitpkr never locks your own deposited money behind bonus conditions.
Every bitpkr bonus has an expiry window — shown clearly when the bonus is credited. Once expired, the bonus funds disappear automatically. If you're partway through a wagering requirement and the clock runs out, the remaining bonus balance is forfeited. Set a reminder when you claim a bonus.
If odds are published incorrectly due to a technical error and you place a bet knowing the price is wrong, bitpkr will void the bet and return your stake. This applies to both higher-than-market and clearly implausible odds. Honest mistakes go both ways — bitpkr won't profit from a data error either.
