Account

Go to bitpkr.click/register and fill in the three-step form — your name, mobile number and email in step one; a username and password in step two; your city and T&C agreement in step three. The whole process takes under two minutes and your account is active immediately. No documents are needed to register. KYC verification is only required before your first withdrawal.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC. This is a standard process to confirm your age and that your account details are accurate. Verification usually completes within a few hours. You can deposit and play while verification is pending.

No. Each person is permitted one bitpkr account only. Registering duplicate accounts — even with different mobile numbers or email addresses — is a breach of the platform's Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being permanently closed with balances voided. If you've lost access to an existing account, contact support rather than registering a new one.

To close your account, contact bitpkr support via live chat or email at support@bitpkr.click. Your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method before the account is closed. If the reason you want to close is related to problem gambling, please read about self-exclusion on the Responsible Gaming page — it may be a better-suited option.

Log in and go to Account Settings. Changes to your registered mobile number or email require identity verification via OTP to the current contact before the new one can be saved. It's important to keep these details current — they're used for password resets, withdrawal verification and account security alerts.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number. An OTP will be sent to that number. Enter the OTP, then create a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact support — they can verify your identity through alternative methods and help restore access.

Account suspensions can be triggered by a pending KYC verification, a security flag, a responsible gaming review, or a Terms violation. Contact bitpkr support via live chat or email to find out the specific reason. Most suspensions pending verification are resolved quickly once the required documents are submitted.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use bitpkr. This is a hard requirement enforced through CNIC date-of-birth verification during KYC. Accounts found to belong to minors are permanently closed immediately.
Deposits

Log in to your account and click the Deposit button. Choose your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT (bank transfer) or Visa/Mastercard — enter the amount and follow the on-screen instructions. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases.

The minimum deposit on bitpkr is Rs 200. This applies to all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit for most methods, though some payment providers impose their own transaction limits — check with your mobile wallet provider if you're depositing a large amount via Easypaisa or JazzCash.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are usually instant. IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours depending on your bank. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected processing time, contact bitpkr support with your transaction reference number (TRID or bank reference). Do not attempt a second deposit until the first has been confirmed or refunded.

bitpkr does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you deposit is credited to your wallet. Some payment providers may charge their own service fees — for example, certain bank cards apply a small transaction charge. Check your payment provider's terms to understand what they charge before initiating a deposit.

No. You can deposit using an Easypaisa or JazzCash mobile wallet without needing a traditional bank account. These are the fastest deposit methods on bitpkr and are available to anyone with a Pakistani mobile number. Bank transfers (IBFT) and card payments are also available if you do have a bank account.

Yes. Your bitpkr account operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion and no hidden exchange rate fees. What you deposit is what appears in your wallet.

Yes. bitpkr provides daily, weekly and monthly deposit limit tools accessible from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases have a 48-hour waiting period to give you time to reconsider. Setting a deposit limit is a good way to manage your betting budget from the start — it removes the need for willpower in the moment.
Withdrawals

Go to the Withdraw section in your account, choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or bank card), enter the amount and confirm. First-time withdrawals require KYC verification (CNIC). Once verified, subsequent withdrawals process much faster. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 30 minutes.

The minimum withdrawal on bitpkr is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification level. For large withdrawals, contact support in advance so the transaction can be processed smoothly. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically processed in full without splitting, subject to wallet limits.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay are similar. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Card withdrawals to Visa/Mastercard typically take 3–5 business days. Processing times can be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: KYC verification not yet completed, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, the withdrawal method not matching the deposit method used, or a security review triggered by unusual account activity. Contact support with your withdrawal reference number and they will explain the specific reason and what's needed to resolve it.

bitpkr does not charge platform fees on standard withdrawals. However, some payment providers may apply their own transfer fees — particularly for IBFT bank transfers and card withdrawals. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay) are generally fee-free on the provider side for standard amounts.

Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its terms on the Promotions page. Once the playthrough is complete, winnings from bonus funds convert to real-money balance and can be withdrawn normally. Real-money balance that wasn't derived from bonuses can always be withdrawn freely.
Sports & Cricket Betting

bitpkr covers PSL, international Pakistan matches, Test series, and major global T20 and ODI tournaments. Markets include: match winner, toss winner, top Pakistan batsman, highest opening partnership, total match sixes, over-by-over runs, player of the match, method of first dismissal, and many more. Live in-play betting is available on most fixtures with real-time odds.

For matches with live betting enabled, odds update in real time as the game progresses. You can place bets between deliveries during a cricket match, after goals in football, and at other natural breaks. Odds change rapidly during live play — the odds shown when you click are not guaranteed; the bet is confirmed at the price when it is accepted. Some markets may be temporarily suspended during critical moments such as the run-up before a delivery.

bitpkr displays odds in decimal format by default. To calculate your potential payout, multiply your stake by the decimal odds. For example, a Rs 500 bet at odds of 2.50 returns Rs 1,250 (Rs 500 × 2.50) — that includes your original stake. The profit is Rs 750. You can switch to fractional or American odds in your account settings if you prefer a different format.

If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result (typically 5 overs per side in T20), all bets on that match are voided and stakes are returned to your wallet. If a match is postponed and rescheduled within a stated window (usually 24–48 hours), existing bets typically remain active. Specific void rules for each market are available in the full Terms and Conditions.

Cash-out is available on selected markets and events on bitpkr. When the option is active, a cash-out button appears on your open bet in My Bets. The cash-out amount reflects the current probability of your bet winning — if your bet is going well, the cash-out value will be close to the full payout. Cash-out availability can change or disappear during periods of high market volatility.

Yes. bitpkr supports accumulator (multi-bet) wagering across most sports. Add selections from different matches to your bet slip and choose Accumulator to combine them into a single bet with multiplied odds. All selections must win for the bet to pay out. Some markets, particularly correlated events within the same match, may not be combinable. The bet slip will indicate if a combination isn't permitted.

The minimum single bet on bitpkr sports markets is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event and account level. For high-profile matches such as PSL finals or international tournaments, maximum bet limits may be adjusted. If you regularly bet near the maximum limits, contact support to discuss your account.

In addition to cricket, bitpkr offers betting on football (including international and European leagues), tennis, basketball, kabaddi, table tennis, volleyball and virtual sports. A wagering requirement is the number of times you need to bet through your bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable real money. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling Rs 10,000 from that bonus before you can withdraw winnings. During registration, step three of the sign-up form includes a "Promo Code" field. Enter your code there. First, check the Bonuses section of your account — it may be there but in a "pending" state while the deposit confirms. If it's not there and the qualifying deposit period has passed, contact support with your deposit reference and the promotion name. Change your password from a secure device as soon as possible. bitpkr's security team will review access logs and take appropriate action. Never share your password or OTP with anyone — even someone claiming to be from support.

bitpkr uses OTP-based verification as a second factor for sensitive account actions including password resets, changes to payment methods and first withdrawals. For enhanced security, use OTP login rather than password login on devices you don't personally own. A unique, strong password that you haven't used on other platforms is the most effective account protection.

All official emails come from the @bitpkr.click domain. bitpkr will never ask for your password by email, SMS or live chat. Responsible Gaming

Contact bitpkr support via live chat or email at support@bitpkr.click and request self-exclusion. Once confirmed, your account is permanently closed for a minimum of 12 months. Yes. The cooling-off period tool lets you pause your account for 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, 30 days or up to 6 months. During this time, you cannot deposit, bet or access the casino. Your balance is held safely and restored when the period ends. Cooling-off periods cannot be cancelled once activated. You can set one from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Take a Break.
